With this solution for hall ventilation, fresh air is supplied to the ventilation system in the welding workstation area via displacement outlets near the floor. This supports the thermally induced buoyancy of the welding fumes.
" Hall height ≥ 7.5 m
" High thermal loads > 10 tons/year welding wire consumption
" Displacement outlets close to the ground to create a cold air layer
" Sensors for continuous temperature measurement and fully automatic control of the fresh air ratio
" Low air volume flows are sufficient
" Suitable for cooling and heating
" Adequate heat dissipation is ensured and suitable for dust and odor
