Hall ventilation systems

The system ensures that all volatile particles formed in production areas are filtered to prevent scattering and that the ambient air reaches a breathable value.

Absorbing and filtering the polluted air in the environment, HiS adapts to the displacement ventilation principle by returning some of the cleaned air to the environment at very low speeds at ground level.

Plug and play installations for the FILTOWER series are used where local capture of fumes, dust and oil mist is not sufficient or where direct capture is not practical when working on large or complex workpieces.

Push-pull mixed ventilation is the optimal solution for ambient ventilation. With mixed-flow ventilation, fresh air is fed into the industrial ventilation system at the top of the production area through jet nozzles. This results in ambient air mixing.

ESTA's industrial ventilation systems also enable upward draft ventilation. With this space ventilation solution, fresh air is fed into the ventilation system through exhaust vents located near the floor in the area where the welding workstations are located. This supports the thermally induced buoyancy of welding fumes.
