High vacuum extraction units

HIVENT high vacuum fume and dust extraction units stand out as mobile and portable solutions that offer high performance and quality with their user-friendly design.

Our High Vacuum Models

What does high vacuum mean?
For example, the vacuum cleaners we use in our homes are high-vacuum systems. These systems have lower air flow but higher pressure. Blower systems are used instead of radial fans. When precise smoke and dust extraction is desired, high-vacuum systems should be used. Extremely high pressures can be achieved thanks to the high-speed blower.

Why do I need high vacuum units for industrial smoke and dust extraction?
For example, when welding fume extraction is preferred via the torch, a high vacuum unit must be used. Values may vary from torch manufacturer to torch due to design differences. Generally, a minimum flow rate of 55 m³/h and a pressure of at least 3000 pa are required for this flow rate.
When pinpoint suction is required in many processes such as grinding, soldering, laser marking, a suitable high vacuum system is the solution.

These products are suitable for tasks such as welding fume extractors, grinding dust extractors etc.

Can more than one person use these systems at the same time?
Manufacturers design and produce systems that can be used by one person, two people, four people, and even 20 people simultaneously. For example, two fume extraction welding torches can be connected to our KH30 unit and four fume extraction welding torches can be connected to our KH150 unit and used simultaneously.

What type of blower should be?
There are various types of blowers available, including brushed, brushless DC, and brushless EC. Brushed (carbon) blowers can be less durable and require frequent brush replacement. However, for semi-professional or amateur users, these blowers are more economical and may be a good choice.
Products using EC blowers do not require additional equipment, such as speed adjustment. The EC system allows for many functions and reduces energy consumption.

Should the flow rate automatically increase as the filter fills?
This type of machine would be more beneficial. Machines that produce a constant flow rate are available on the market. However, as the filter fills, the flow rate decreases. When you get an electronically controlled high vacuum unit, the machine constantly maintains a constant flow rate until the filter reaches its full saturation point.
